Chong Ming island as a metropolitan park

Would have already Chong Ming island enough potential to become a metropolitan park? Its position within a dynamic metropolitan area and an image of "non touched" island is already strong fact to escape the Shanghai metropol.

By using existing qualities and adding new layers of leisure interventions we propose the park for different people with different needs. The idea is not about to design 144 thousand hectare fully but support the existing leisure – touristic elements, to make it more visible and accessible, to bring something, what is not there yet.
