Typologies
Just like transparency, aura, quality or clarity, typology is one of those mythic terms of architecture’s vocabulary. This lecture series gives an initial impetus to demystify both the evolution of this concept of typology as well as its meaning (both concerning its historical and its contemporary context) and its essential role in different guises in the architecture theoretical discourse of the 20th century.
